  • I-526 immigrant petition
  • Bank records & tax returns
  • Valid passport
  • Medical exam

Application Process

    Choose direct investment or Regional Center investment

  2. 2

    Transfer investment funds

  3. 3

    File I-526 petition with USCIS

  4. 4

    Apply for immigrant visa or adjustment of status

  5. 5

    Receive conditional Green Card (2 years)

  6. 6

    File I-829 to remove conditions

  7. 7

    Receive permanent Green Card
